“Be Your Specialist” Topic ( Why our Hard work backfires i.e. remains unsuccessful )Series – 3

Do Homework before i.e hands on / apply on yourself to tie the loose ends before transferring it onto the child.

We should provide a demonstration, meaning we should either do it ourselves or show it to the child.

We have all heard the importance of being enthusiastic when engaging in any task, yet we often forget to remain sensible and not allow ourselves to get too carried away. When teaching our child, we frequently come across unexpected discoveries, which occurs because we were too eager to begin.

The golden rule “The key principle” I want everyone to keep in mind is to first practice it on yourself, meaning to apply it personally before passing it on.

Break down the activity into smaller components as if it were a puzzle before assembling it into a complete picture.

Example:

( How to hold the try with a water glass )

This will entail:

  1. The ability to fill the glass to a certain level( not to the brim)
  2. Placing it on the tray without any spillage
  3. Bending down and Holding the tray with both hands
  4. Focus on the glass stability
  5. Now lifting the tray off the table while maintaining the glass balance
  6. Taking small steps again keeping an eye on the glass of water and the tray
  7. After reaching the destination e.g a table
  8. Stopping and placing the tray with focus on the tray i.e it’s placed properly and is not right on the edge of the table.
  9. The fingers are not getting crushed as the tray is placed
  10. Slowly remove the hands away from the tray after placing it and not with a jerk
  11. Also, while placing the tray, ensure that the glass is upright
